After initial experience in corporate law with a Lyon law firm, Guillaume Maublanc joined Adaltys in March 2023 as an associate.
Guillaume assists managers and their companies in all corporate law-related transactions.
He also assists professionals in the drafting of contracts and deeds required to carry out their activities (commercial leases, business transfers, commercial contracts, etc.).
With a double degree in business law and management from the emlyon business school, Guillaume Maublanc has developed an expertise in corporate restructuring and is able to work in an international context.
